My passion for health and fitness has developed from constantly participating in physical activity. I began in the professional health and fitness industry in 2011 after gaining qualifications in Personal Training, this has allowed me to lead a variety of classes.

 Before pursuing this career path I graduated at Middlesex University in Dance Performance BA (HONS). Throughout my life, I have enjoyed every aspect of exercise. Participating in classes such as kickboxing and military boot camps. I have competed in two half marathons raising money for my chosen charities.

I’m convinced fitness enhances my overall wellbeing and I am a firm believer the fitter you are the happier you are within yourself. I invest time and energy in developing new creative ideas keeping clients motivated and helping them to succeed their individual goals.

My aim as a personal trainer is to help people adopt a healthier lifestyle though highly effective and fun training sessions alongside a sensible eating plan. As a naturally empathetic person my passion is to help people to meet their own daily challenges.

During my time as a Personal Trainer I have established a reputation as someone who is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, dedicated to promoting fitness and improving the fitness levels of every client I work with.

I firmly believe that personal fitness should be a way of life and I promote all aspects of this in my work including personal health, healthy eating and well-being.
