WHAT’S YOUR ATTITUDE ABOUT BEING FIT AND HEALTHY?
My attitude to being fit and healthy is simple. I believe we all have to be striving to become the best version of ourselves. Everyone's starting point will be different, focus on yourself and small daily improvements and don't spend too long comparing yourself to others. Fitness and Health are not a choice, it should be a priority. Sooner or later you will have to make time for it.
WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO WORK IN FITNESS?
I began work in fitness and health simply because I love helping people and feel I can make a difference.
TELL US ABOUT THE CLASSES YOU TEACH AND THEIR BENEFITS?
I teach a wide range of classes from HITT which is awesome for an intense, heart rate raising and fat burning workout to kettlebell training which is great for strength, functional strength and mobility!
WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE MANTRA?
My favourite mantra…. Rise and rise again until lambs become lions (never give up)
WHO OR WHAT GIVES YOU INSPIRATION?
People that give me inspiration are people who started with very little and created lasting legacy, and anyone who is positive and trying to better themselves daily. Jay-z, Garrain Jones
WHAT IS YOUR TYPICAL DAILY NUTRITION?
Daily Nutrition Breakfast.
Breakfast Smoothie- Herbalife Formula 1 Sport, PDM, Frozen Fruit, avocado, whole milk, Spinach, pumpkin seeds. Mid morning… Eggs, Cottage cheese on oatcakes, protein bar. Lunch…. Salads, homemade stews,
Mid afternoon. Herbalife Rebuild strength (post workout shake) Dinner varies… always healthy, always home cooked (I love to cook), often from the sea.
Throughout the day I drink Coffee (good quality) water with aloe and herbal team (Thermo)
WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY?
What makes me happy…. the sea, animals, beach soccer, family and travel
WHAT’S THE LAST THING YOU WATCHED ON TV?
I don't watch a lot of TV, but one thing I love is Planet Earth One thin
