WHAT’S YOUR ATTITUDE ABOUT BEING FIT AND HEALTHY?
I think it is so important to stay fit and healthy not for the vanity but for your own wellbeing, I think the saying 'you are what you eat' is true. If you eat badly you feel unmotivated and down in yourself. Exercise releases endorphins which make us feel better.
I also believe being fit is many different things to different people whether it's walking or attending an insanity class it's all good for your mind and Body. I've also worked with people that have improved medical conditions and for them, that's better than the weight loss or being toned.
WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO WORK IN FITNESS?
I started off wanting to be a dance teacher but while at college I realised the strict technique of dance took the fun out of it . At the same time I was doing an aerobics course and from there I realised I had a passion for helping people reach their goals and targets
TELL US ABOUT THE CLASSES YOU TEACH AND THEIR BENEFITS?
I mainly teach the cardio and dance based sessions...
Cardio is fantastic for your lungs and improving fitness. It's great for weight loss too.
The main benefit with the dance based sessions is the feel good factor you come out with a smile on your Face.
The other amazing benefit to choreography is the way it makes your mind work in sequences. This will help with brain function... it can help avoid conditions like anzimoies as you are challenging your mind to remember sequences and use co- ordination.

'Today I will do things others won't, so tomorrow I can have things others can't '
WHO OR WHAT GIVES YOU INSPIRATION?
I am very lucky I have a lot of inspirational people in my life and lots of people to look up to.
My dad is such a hard-working successful person. He teaches me dedication, belief and a lot about respect.
WHAT DOES YOUR TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?
I always start with a healthy breakfast ... sometimes my lovely Husband even makes it for me ?
I spend a couple of hours either doing admin or making up new routines
I usually have 1-3 morning fitness sessions
I then come home to do some admin or see clients on a one to one basis
Myself and my husband usually have our dinner at lunch time as we are always home late.
Then it's time for school - I teach dance at a lot of schools in the area.
Late afternoon into the evening is a combination of classes or admin or seeing clients
When I get home I always have a snack shower and then try and read a motivational book in bed
WHAT IS YOUR TYPICAL DAILY NUTRITION?
Breakfast; A Herbalife shake mixed with fruit or half an avocado
Snack 1: Either 2 boiled eggs, cottage cheese on rice cakes or bits of fruit
Lunch; This is normally where I have a dinner so would consist of meat - chicken or fish, salad or veg and carbs either sweet potato or couscous
Snack 2: Herbalife protein bar and a piece of fruit
Dinner; Either a packed Herbalife shake or similar to lunch meat/ salad or veg and carb
Snack 3; I love Greek yoghurt after dinner!
WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY?
Spending time with my friends and family and of course travelling ?
TIPS OR TRICKS TO LIVING HEALTHY?
Make sure you have a balance - relaxing time is just as important as working out.
The same with food enjoy the occasional treat - I believe if your good 80 .% of your time and have a treat 20% of your time your more likely to succeed and enjoy the journey! Plus it's a long-term lifestyle choice.

Oh, defiantly tea! And I also love herbal teas.
